Room 6 Class Korowai
Today we worked in Room 15 to create a Maori Cloak. This displays the things that we value in our class.

Maori Language Week
This week is Maori Language Week. We have been using our Te Reo greetings in the classroom and listening to Maori stories. Each day the year 2 classes are visiting each other to join in with a range of activities. Today Room 6 have been drawing taniwha.

Welcome back to Term 3
It has been wonderful to see Room 6 back in school happy and ready to start the new term.
This term we are thinking about cultural celebrations. We will be looking at music, dance and art. If you are an expert in any of these areas we would love to hear from you.
