Problem Solving

Today we worked on a simple maths word problem to test out our problem solving skills.

We discovered that there are lots of ways to get to the same answer.

Some of us created a table or chart.

Some of us drew a picture.

Some of us used materials.

We then shared our thinking with the rest of the class. We had to explain how the words and numbers in the problem helped us to solve it.  We are great at problem solving.
